7.
Place the bucket for waste next to the bucket with the substance for spraying.
8.
Ensure that the pressure control knob is turned to minimum and switch the device on.
9.
With open trigger slowly turn the pressure control knob clockwise, increasing pressure just
enough for the pump to be able to work.
10.
Allow the pump to operate and observe the fluid coming out of the gun. Allow the substance
to come out until it starts to thin. This indicates that the irrigation fluid passes through the
hose.
11.
Without releasing the trigger, quickly change the direction of the gun from the bucket with the
substance for spraying to the inside of the bucket for waste.
WARNING:
Do not release the trigger of the gun in the course. If the trigger is released, pressure in the
device will increase, and when pulling the trigger again, there is a risk of splashing.
12.
Stop the trigger in the open position, allow the pump to work and look at the fluid coming out
of the gun. Allow the fluid to flow until all residues of the substance for spraying disappear and
only clean irrigation fluid flows in the stream.
13.
Without releasing the trigger, change the direction of the outlet of the gun into the bucket for
irrigation fluid and allow it to circulate for 2-3 minutes, which will ensure that the system has
been fully cleaned from residues of the substance for spraying.
14.
Turn off the device and unplug it. Open the overflow valve to release residual pressure.
15.
Remove the suction pipe from the irrigation fluid.
16.
Clean the drain strainer or funnel sieve. Remove it, clean with a soft brush, soaking in a suitable
solvent and reassembly.
17.
If a particular device is equipped with an additional filter, at the pump use a wrench (not in-
cluded) to get rid of the filter cap. Then remove the pump filter and clean it with a soft brush,
soaking in a suitable solvent. Then reassembly and tighten.
18.
Clean the gun, the tip and the gun filter, unhook the hand guard and slide it out of the way.
Then, using a wrench (not included), loosen the cap at the bottom of the handle and remove
the handle to remove the gun filter. Use a soft brush to clean the
filter tip and soak in a suitable solvent. Introduce a small amount
of light oil into the interior of the gun housing, e.g. WD-40. Place
the filter in the gun and assembly the device again. Tighten the cap,
using a wrench.
19.
Clean the outside of the sprayer with a cloth soaked in an appro-
priate solvent.
20.
When you rinse with water, rise again, this time using a special
maintenance fluid to prevent corrosion inside the pump.
CAUTION:
Never leave water in the pump for a long time. Water causes cor-
rosion of the pump.
