Rinsing manner
1.
Place the pipe or hose in the bucket with clean rinsing fluid: solvent when using oil-based sub-
stances, varnish thinner (for varnishes), water (when using water-based substances) or water
with soap (transitioning from oil-based substances to water-based substances).
2.
Separate the drain pipe from the suction pipe (if they are connected with a latch) and place it
in an empty bucket for waste.
3.
Open the overflow valve.
4.
Make sure that the device is switched off and the pressure control knob is set to the minimum
value (counter-clockwise). Plug the device into a power outlet.
5.
Turn on the device.
6.
Turn the pressure control clockwise to increase pressure just enough to be able to operate the
pump.
7.
Allow the pump to operate and observe the fluid coming out of the drain pipe. Let the fluid
flow as long as the rinsing fluid escaping the pipe is completely clean. The hose and the gun
must also be rinsed when changing the color of the paint used, or when transitioning to other
types of substances.
8.
After removing the tip cover and tip, aim the gun inside the bucket for waste and leave the
gun trigger unlocked.
WARNING:
Risk of static sparking, fire or explosion.
Hold the metal part of the gun firmly to the edge of the metal container. All containers for the solvent
must be made of conductive metal and properly grounded.
Do not place on insulating surfaces, unless there is an additional cable, connecting with the real ground,
such as a metal water pipe.
9.
Close the overflow valve.
10.
Allow the pump to operate and observe the fluid coming out of the gun. Allow the fluid to
flow until the moment when the clean coming out of the gun is fully clean.
WARNING:
Do not release the gun trigger in the course. If the trigger is released, pressure in the device
will increase and when the trigger is pressed again, there is a risk of splashing.
11.
Then turn off the device and turn the pressure control knob counter-clockwise to minimum.
The pump is now clean and ready to be primed with the substance.
PRIMING
The pump in the system is a high pressure pump and therefore all air and undesirable fluids must be
removed from the pump and the transmission line before spraying.
Make sure that the tip and tip cover are removed from the gun and the trigger is locked.
To prime
1.
Place the suction pipe into the bucket with the substance to be sprayed.
2.
Place the end of the discharge pipe in the bucket for waste and open the overflow valve.
3.
Make sure that the pressure control knob is set to the minimum, and the device is turned off.
Connect the device and activate it.
4.
Slowly turn the pressure control knob clockwise and increase pressure just enough to allow
the pump to work.
