Connecting Lube Lines

Remove bulkhead plug

Position lubrication line
from bearing fitting

Insert lubrication line
into bulkhead fitting
Route lube lines to appropriate
bearings/components

Replace with
appropriate fitting
Remove existing grease fitting
Reducing Lube Points
Remove lube line
Remove pump element
Replace with plug
Remove lube line
Adjusting Output
Remove blue pump element
Replace with alternative output
pump element, see back
Filling Pump

Plug lube line into pump element
Pour lubricant in the top fill.
Oil & NLGI #000 greases ONLY.

With grease gun or pump,
fill at the zerk fitting.
NLGI #1 and #2 ONLY.
