SECTION 5: MAINTENANCE
For optimum performance from this machine, this
maintenance schedule must be strictly followed.
Ongoing
To minimize your risk of injury and maintain proper
machine operation, stop using the machine imme-
diately if you ever observe any of the items below,
and fix the problem before continuing operations:
•
Loose slab clamping dogs.
•
Loose shims.
•
Loose end cap mounting screws.
•
Loose router/router plate.
•
Main V-rails not parallel.
Weekly Check
•
Clean/vacuum sawdust buildup from
off router, router plate, and V-rails.
Schedule
To reduce risk of shock or
accidental startup, always
disconnect machine from
power before adjustments,
maintenance, or service.
Cleaning the Model T32537 is relatively easy.
Vacuum excess sawdust and wipe off the remain-
ing dust with a dry cloth. If any resin has built up,
use a resin dissolving cleaner to remove it.
