When facing the open case, the odour sensor is located on the lower left side, as illustrated below.

Now use a dry cotton swab to clean the odour sensor area.

When finished, close the front plate as shown in the chapter
Clean ionizer
When the device emits a creaking sound while running
, clean the ionizer area:
1.
Switch off and unplug the device from the socket.
Do not touch the plug or the device with damp or wet hands. Otherwise, there is a threat of electric
shock.

The position of the ionizer is at the back of the device, beneath the air outlet grille, as shown on the
illustration below.

Clean the ionizer by carefully inserting a soft, clean brush pen into the holes of the grille. Do only exert low
pressure while cleaning.
Maintenance
Air quality memory reset
If the air quality remains poor or if power is cut off suddenly
, the memory may need to be reset. Please perform the
steps below in a clean environment without air pollution. Otherwise, the air quality lights on the display will be
disrupted.
1.
Unplug the device and wait for 15-20 seconds.
