36. The bars on the reels are angled forward (5) and should be

installed as such on the machine. In some conditions in

which a firming of the soil is more desirable than breaking

up clods then these reels can be mounted in reverse (6).

This does however increase the chance of causing damage

to the bars in rocky soil.

Be sure reels are installed with twisted bars oriented forward

as  shown.  Mounting  in  reverse
