Chapter 4   Removing and Replacing FRUs

XLR×6 unit removal

1. Remove the top cover (rear).

• For more information, see 

"Top cover (rear) removal" on page 93

.

2. Remove the XLR×6 unit from the T2.

(1) Remove 12 round screws (small).
(2) Push the tabs stamped as “PUSH” and remove the XLR×6 unit from the T2 in the

direction of the arrow.

(3) Disconnect the rear balanced audio cable while pressing down both sides of the

connector.

NOTE: When installing the XLR×6 unit to the T2, insert the tabs stamped as 

“PUSH”, and then install it.
