Section 7 — LCD Introduction
Panel Config Button
The Panel Configuration menu will appear when the
Panel Config button
is
pressed. The Configuration menu is comprised of the following:
•
Sticky Level button
: This button is in the #1 location. Pressing the
Sticky
Level button
will turn sticky levels ON. When Sticky Levels mode is ON,
after a breakaway only the levels that were selected for that breakaway
will remain activated. Subsequent takes will switch only those levels.
Pressing the button again will turn the Sticky Levels mode OFF. In level
mode, with sticky level OFF, the levels are not selected after a take by
default.
•
Sticky Destination button:
This button is in the #2 location. Pressing the
Sticky Destination button
will turn the sticky Destination feature on or off.
Destinations that are selected with Sticky Destinations feature turned
ON will remain selected until the selection is canceled by the user.
•
Config Menu button
: This button is in the #16 location. The
Config Menu button
is for information only.
Panel Setup Button
The Panel Setup menu will appear when the
Panel Setup button
is pressed.
The Setup menu has the following buttons:
•
Setup Panel ID button
: This button is in the #1 location. Pressing the
Setup
Panel ID button
will show the
Change ID
button (#16). The Current Device
ID is shown on line 2; the ID that will be changed is shown on line 3.
Move the Scroll wheel to change the ID. Moving the wheel to the left
will show smaller numbers, moving to the right will show greater num-
bers, than the current ID. When a new ID number is being selected, the
button will turn green in color. Pressing button #16 will make the new
ID active for that panel.

Set Memory to defaults button
: This button is in the #2 location. Pressing the
Set Memory to defaults button
will restore the memory setting that the panel
was shipped with. Pressing any of the five buttons will reset the speci-
fied memory: All, Network, Host, Panel and Buttons.
•
Enter Diagnostics? button
: This button is in the #3 location. Pressing the
Enter Diagnostics? button
will start the panel diagnostic mode. Press any
two buttons on the panel to return to normal panel operations.
•
Panel RESET button
: This button is in the #4 location. Pressing the
Panel
RESET button
will restart the panel.
•
Setup Menu button
: This button is in the #16 location. The
Setup Menu button
is for information only.
Panel Info Button
The Panel Information menu will appear when the
Panel Info button
is
pressed. There is nothing to select in the Panel Information menu, these
