Ths secton explans the functon of lamps and keys on the control panel.

Control Keys
POSITION (

............................ There are followng functons dependng on the operaton.
Move the tool carriage and media. It will move specified distance (see "Setting of Step
Movement Dstance"

) when t s pressed once, and contnuously move when
t s pressed down. It wll select the menu when
are dsplayed n the menu on the
screen.
FAST
.......................... The tool carrage or the meda wll move faster when t s pressed smultaneously wth
POSITION key.
It wll work as a menu key when t s dsplayng "FAST" on the screen. Press the [FAST]
key durng READY status to dsplay the current area and tool carrage poston.
ORIGIN
...................... It wll set the current poston as an orgn pont.
On the default screen, pressng the [ENTER] and [ORIGIN] keys at the same tme wll
allow you to reset the machne. (Only n Normal menu)
COPY
......................... Copy of data n the buffer memory s output.
Menu Keys
SIMPLE
...................... The swtch between Smple menu and Normal menu can be performed on the default
screen.
PAUSE/MENU
........... It wll swtch to the MENU mode. MENU lamp s lt n the MENU mode.
It wll go nto MENU mode f t s pressed once, and MENU mode wll be turned off when
t s pressed agan.
Dfferent functon are set n the MENU mode.
Data receved whle n the MENU mode wll be stored n the data buffer.
COND/TEST
.............. It wll dsplay the screen to set the tool condtons.
Use ths when checkng tool condtons to actvate a cuttng test.
1, 2, 3, 4
...................... Select the menu number dsplayed n the screen.
ENTER
.......................
It will define the settings.
Press the [ENTER] and [ORIGIN] keys smultaneously on the default screen to reset the
machne.
