While pushing up the cutter holder, push until its flange
completely touches the upper part of the cutter holder.

Make sure that the tool bracket s engaged on the cutter
plunger's flange, and then tighten the screw.

When removng the cutter plunger, turn t counterclockwse to remove the cutter plunger.
