G. About the GPSoverIP GmbH

The GPSoverIP GmbH is a subsidiary of NETWORK GmbH, which is active on the

market since 1996, from Schweinfurt.

The mobile services GPSoverIP and DATAoverIP are the key business of the GPSoverIP

GmbH. The patented mobile service GPSoverIP and the technology DATAoverIP, based

on this service, are the worldwide most efficient technology for object tracking and for

the transfer of data from the mobile Internet. They can provide the customer the current

position of an object via GPS Satellite in intervals from up to one second.

The GPSoverIP GmbH develops and distributes the hardware necessary for the processing

of the protocol GPSoverIP/DATAoverIP in collaboration with leading providers of the

telematics market.
