Spicy Chicken Legs
Ingredients:

Chicken legs
2 – 3 tbsp. Olive oil
1
Garlic clove
1 tsp.
Sugar
1 tsp.
Chilli powder or paprika powder
To taste Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and squeeze through the garlic press.
2. Mix the clove of garlic with sugar, chilli/paprika powder, salt, pepper and oil.
3. Rub the marinade into the chicken legs and allow it to infuse for at least 20 minutes.
4. Place the chicken legs on the baking rack in the middle position.
5. Start the
“Chicken” programme.
6. Check how cooked the food is in between times. The cooking time may vary depend-
ing on the size of the chicken legs. Adjust the cooking temperature and cooking time
accordingly if necessary.
Chicken Breast Strips in Breadcrumbs
Ingredients:

Chicken breast fi llets
1 – 2
Egg white
½ cup
Flour for breadcrumbs
½ cup
Breadcrumbs
½ tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Pepper
Preparation:
1. Separate off the egg white.
2. Place the egg white, fl our and breadcrumbs in three separate bowls.
3. Chop each of the chicken breast fi llets into strips of equal sizes.
4. Season the chicken breast fi llet strips with salt and pepper, roll in the fl our, then dip
them in egg white and roll in the breadcrumb coating.
5. Place the chicken breast fi llet strips on the baking rack.
6. Insert the baking rack into the device.
7. Start the
“Chicken” programme.
8. Check in between times whether the chicken breast strips are cooked through and
reduce or extend the cooking time if necessary.
