6.3.2.5.2 CAN Terminating Resistor
The board of the antenna HG 71910-C includes a 120 Ohm terminating resistor. It
can be activated by switching a jumper.

Menu: CA(N) Open
The second line in the display shows the CANopen® state. This switches to offline
when the CAN plug is disconnected or when the CAN controller goes into BUSOFF
mode because of a missing terminating resistor. Next to this the current CANopen
state is shown: stopped, preoperational or operational.
The internal status should usually be 0.
activates CANopen (simultaneously Basic CAN is deactivated)
enables setting the node address in the area 1..127
enables setting the baud rate (Autobaud is not implemented)
switches the autostart function on and off
Autostart off: After switching the antenna on only the heartbeat message (if set)
is transmitted; the device is in „preoperational“ mode.
Autostart on: Immediately after switching the antenna on the PDO and the
heartbeat message (if set) are transmitted; the device is in „operational“ mode.
