Which port should I use to charge my device?
Smart phones will charge fastest when plugged into Output1:
Smart. All other devices will charge at their highest rate using
Output 3: 2.1 A. Output 2 is a 1A circuit and can be used when
both Out1 and Out3 are in use.
Can I use the Powerbank to charge 4 devices at the same time?
Yes. The 12V 15A Output is independent of the three 5V USB ports
and all 4 can be used simultaneously.
What if Power 144 fails to charge?
Check that the adapter connection is secure and the 100V-240V
AC power source is turned on, or that there is sufficient sunshine
if using the GoSun Solar Panel. If problems persist, contact
GoSun Customer Services for further guidance.
