Open a TELNET session:
Telnet < ip address> 9999
password : gtmt
Proceed to a “Factory Default” , then “quit and save” . Refresh the WEB page.
aN OUTPUT IS NOT vISIBLE IN THE CONfIGURaTION WEB PaGE ?
1. Press ‘F5’ to refresh the WEB page, and go back to output panel. If the output is ►
still missing, see next point.
2. Open a TELNET session: ►
Telnet < ip address> 9999
password : gtmt
Proceed to a
“Factory Default”
, then
“quit and save”
. Refresh the WEB page.
3. If the output is still missing, open the device. Check the black cables connections ►
and the switchs configurations (see Appendix D – MAINTENANCE / Output card
switchs verification).
THE DEvICE STaY IN “COMMUTING” MODE ?
1. The device stays in this mode when it cannot reach any NTP server. Check that ►
the NTP servers are reachable on the network.
2. Open the NTP panel of the configuration WEB page and verify that the IP addres - ►
ses of the NTP servers are correct. If in “auto-detect” mode, restart your device :
the auto-detection is done at start-up.
