7.1
OVERVIEW
The steering system is one of the most critical system related to your safety when driving at high speed.
This makes it important for you as an owner to take some precautions before driving at high speed.
SAFETY PRECAUTION 6.1
Always perform daily pre-check and function test of the steering system before driving at
high speed.
SAFETY PRECAUTION 6.2
Perform daily inspection of the hydraulic steering oil level before driving at high speed. The
steering oil tank is located in the engine bay.
SAFETY PRECAUTION 6.3
When the boat is on shore and at least one time each year, inspect the steering cylinder, bolts
and fastening points. Also inspect the complete steering system with hoses, fittings and
pumps. This should be performed by Goldfish or a Goldfish Service partner.
