To preset radio stations:
1. Press the AUDIO hard key to access
the audio source screen and select
the desired band (AM, FM, or XM,
if equipped).
2. Use the SEEK hard keys or the Tune
knob to select a station.
3. Press the FAV hard key to select the
desired page of presets (up to six
pages).
4. Touch and hold one of the five radio
preset screen buttons until a beep
sounds or the station is displayed on
the screen button.
Entering a Destination
To have the system provide turn-by-turn
instructions to reach a destination, a
street address or Point of Interest (POI)
must be entered. The vehicle must be in
Park to enter an address.
To set a destination by entering a street
address:
1. Press the DEST hard key.
2. Set or verify the search area corre-
sponds with the final destination.
3. Touch the Address Entry screen
button.
4. Touch the City or Street screen
button and use the on-screen alpha
keypad to enter the city or street
name.
5. Touch the List screen button to select
the desired city or street from a list of
matches with the same name.
6. Touch the House # screen button and
enter the house number.
7. Touch the Go screen button to enter
as a destination.
8. Touch the Start Guidance screen
button.
Setting Preset Destinations
Preset destinations can be helpful when
trying to locate a commonly used loca-
tion (such as your home address) from
unfamiliar areas.
To set a preset destination:
1. Press the MENU hard key until the
navigation setup screen is displayed.
2. Touch the Edit/View Address Book
screen button.
3. Select the address book entry to save
as a preset destination.
4. Press and hold one of the five preset
destination buttons on the bottom of
the screen.
Once saved, the preset will be available
at the bottom of the destination entry
screen (DEST hard key).
