Congratulations on your purchase of a GIANT Citystorm.
GIANT Citystorm represents the latest in design and
engineering, and also requires special care. While Giant
Bicycle engineers have used the best quality, most durable and
lowest maintenance materials in this Citystorm, you must follow
certain guidelines to attain optimal performance and proper
wear characteristics.
WARNING
Failure to follow these Instructions will
void your warranty, and may result in hidden damage to
the Citystorm. Damage to the Citystorm can cause loss
of structural integrity, which may result in serious
personal injury.

Take out the battery holder
from the stem
CAUTION
The battery has polarity (+/- sides), so
be sure to install the battery with the + side upward as
shown in the diagram.

Turn 90° counterclockwise
with a coin to loosen the
battery holder
How to replace the battery
Replace the battery (AA SIZE)
with a new one.

Loosen the rear light fixing bolt
with 4mm Hex key.
Remove the rear light and fixing
link.
Install onto saddle IN THE
FOLLOWING ORDER: one
rear light, one fixing bolt.
Tighten the rear light fixing bolt
with 4mm Hex key.
Tightening torque:2.9-5.8Nm
