Preparation and assembly
If a complete butterfly valve is supplied, no further assembly and adjustment is necessary. The actuator can be put into operation
directly.
If the actuator is mounted by the customer, it must be mounted, connected and, if necessary, adjusted before commissioning.

In addition to these Operating Instructions, also observe the valve manufacturer‘s instructions.

Before installation, compare the technical data of the actuator with those of the controller and the valve. Only install the actuator
if the data match.

Before installation, check plugs and terminals for possible damage.
►
Make sure that no damaged components are used.
►
Mount the actuator on the valve, see the assembly instructions for the respective hand-operated valve.

Mount actuator on the butterfly valve
The actuators have a standard ISO 5211 interface and can therefore be mounted on all valves with this interface and suitable
torques. Mounting with valves from GF Piping Systems with a suitable coupling piece and suitable adapter is possible according to
the following table:
