1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
1.1. Before assembling and installing the greenhouse,
PLEASE READ these instructions CAREFULLY.
1.2. During assembly and installation, be careful and observe
safety precautions when working with tools.
1.3. It is recommended to assemble and install by specialists
in the amount of at least 2 people. To avoid injury, the se-
cond person must insure the first one while fixing the upper
guides, arcs, as well as other elements of the greenhouse, if
it seems appropriate to you.
1.4. Do not carry parts from the kit, polycarbonate sheets,
and foundation elements alone if they seem heavy to you.
1.5. In case of injury during assembly and installation, imme-
diately provide first aid to the injured, and also contact the
nearest medical center. item or call an ambulance.
2. GREENHOUSE ASSEMBLY TOOLS.
Greenhouse assembly is performed by at least 2 people in
calm weather with the following tools:
1) Shovel
2) Phillips screwdriver
3) Spanner 10 mm
4) Screwdriver with 8 mm and 10 mm hexagonal end bits
5) Construction knife
6) Construction level
7) Cord for measuring diagonals
8) Tape measure 6 m
9) Hammer
3. KITTING OF PARTS FOR ASSEMBLY.
The kit includes everything you need for assembly, as
well as detailed illustrated instructions. You can assemble a
greenhouse no worse than a professional.
The greenhouse extension frame consists of 3 packag-
ing units:

A package with fittings, fasteners and a passport with in-

In the case of delivery of a greenhouse extension com-
plete with a polycarbonate cover, in addition, the delivery set
includes a polycarbonate with a size of 2.1x6 m - 2 sheets,
rolled into a roll with a diameter of 1.0 ~ 1.4m.
ATTENTION!!!
When installing an extension of 2 m on
a greenhouse 4 m long, you can use the rest of the poly-
carbonate (Instruction for assembling the greenhouse "RU-
BY Pro 4m", Section 8 "Installation of polycarbonate") and
order additionally only one sheet of polycarbonate 2.1x6 m
(Fig. 3).
If the remainder is not preserved for some reason, 2
sheets of polycarbonate will be required for extension.
The manufacturer allows design and configuration
changes that do not impair the consumer qualities of the
product.
4. EXTENSION ASSEMBLY
4.1.
A general view of the assembled greenhouse exten-
sion frame is shown in
Fig. 1.
NOTE!
The exact overall dimensions of the greenhouse
extension frame: width - 3980 mm, length - 2000 mm,
height - 2550 mm.
4.2.
When installing a greenhouse extension to an al-
ready installed greenhouse, dismantle the polycarbonate
sheet by unscrewing all the fixing screws. Remove the gable
by loosening the "Crab" fastener bolts at the purlins and self-
tapping screws with flat caps from the bottom. In the area
where the greenhouse extension is to be installed, level the
ground so that the height of the irregularities is no more than
5 cm, and the level of the extension base coincides with the
level of the greenhouse bottom.
4.3.
Connect the bottoms of the extension to the green-
house bottoms
(Fig. 1 Callout B)
through the T-shaped con-
nector.
4.4.
Assemble the arches. To do this, connect the joints
of the upper part of the arch and the side pillars
(Fig. 2)
and
fasten with two M5x70 screws
(Fig. 2, Leader A)
on each
side of the arch.
Assemble the rest of the arcs.
4.5.
On the side pillars, use a construction marker to
make marks for attaching the purlins at a height of 101-102
cm from the bottom of the pillar.
4.6.
Place the arches
