The speed limiter unit (mat. no. 157585) is pre-mounted as shown below.

The chain wheel and chain are placed loosely.

Speed limiter with chain, chain wheel and mounting plate

The speed limiter unit can be installed in a 200 mm high ceiling, similar to a drive unit.
