Installation

4.2.19  Adjusting the chain tensioner

 

X

Loosen the 2 screws (1) at the chain tensioner (4).

 

X

Tighten the drive chain (2). 

The indicator (3) must be positioned in the green area.

 

X

Place the chain tensioner between the chain 

wheels and vertically to the chain.

 

X

Tighten the 2 screws (1) again.

4.3  Mounting switch contact strips on the leaves

 

X

Pull at least one side of the switch contact strip 

(2) out of the profile (1).

 

X

Screw the switch contact strips (2) to the leaf (3) 

using 2 M4 screws (4) each.

 

X

Attach the switch strip to the profile using the prepared drill holes. 

The strip must be attached using M4 threads and associated screws or comparable self-tapping screws.
