Attended Transfer 

Here's how to perform an attended transfer. 

 

To perform an attended transfer: 

1.

 

If during an established call with Abbey she asks you to transfer her to Mike, press 
the 

Trans

 softkey; the New Call screen is displayed: 

 

            

 

2.

 

Enter Mike's number or press the 

Personal directory

 softkey to select Mike, and 

then press the now-enabled 

Dial

 softkey; Mike's phone rings:   

 

        

 

3.

 

Press the 

Trans

 softkey only after Mike answers, after receiving his consent to take 

the call; Abbey is transferred to Mike: 

 

This is an attended transfer.  

Semi-Attended Transfer 

Here's how to perform a semi-attended transfer. 

 

To perform a semi-attended transfer: 

1.

 

If during an established call with Abbey she asks you to transfer her to Mike, press 
the 

Trans

 softkey; the New Call screen is displayed:
