Answering Waiting Calls
You can accept a call on an extension on which there already is an active call.
Here's how you answer a waiting call:
A call with Mike is in progress on LINE 1
= call in progress
A call comes in from Abbey
= call waiting
To answer Abbey:
1.
Press the
Accept
softkey; the
icon is displayed indicating that the waiting call
from Abbey is answered; the previous call from Mike is put on hold:
