Accessing Menus
Menus are used to access information and to configure the phone. For example,
Personal
directory
under
Directory
is used to add contacts;
Missed Calls
under
Call Log
is
used to
view missed calls and to reply to them;
Network Status
under
Status
is used to view the
phone's dynamic IP address.
The figure below shows the phone's menus and submenus.

The
Administration
menu is intended for system administrators only. It is
password protected. For information regarding this menu, refer to the
420HD IP
Phone Administrator’s Guide.
•
If you define a second extension line, the
Call Log
menu displays menu items
per extension.
To access the menus:
Press the MENU key located on the device.
