9. To view the signal characteristics of all SC-ADT ports, type:
show ports eia-leads

The SC-ADT also provides CLI commands that control how and when users are connected to, and
disconnected from, the SC-ADT. These optional settings are described in
Chapter 5, Additional Features
Special Consideration - Modem Use
If Port1 and/or Port2 are configured for use by an external modem, these ports will be disabled as
user ports (Terminal Server ports or Transport ports). In such configurations, the
show ports
commands will display the following message:
port1 Unavailable: reserved by external dialup modem0
port2 Unavailable: reserved by external dialup modem1
To reclaim the use of Port1 and/or Port2 as user ports, configure the SC-ADT back to the default
modem use (internal) by typing the following commands:
configure modem use internal m0
configure modem use internal m1
