Alarm Threshold Screen
At the SC800 T3 Alarm menu, type
2
to access the Alarm Threshold Configuration screen, shown
below. When alarms for code violations are reported, you must use this screen to configure the
alarm with the desired threshold. These values determine how many times the alarm condition will
occur in a specified amount of time before the alarm is reported.
Note
The configurations set at this screen will not affect alarms which are masked.
Note
Thresholded alarms are not declared until the minimum specified number of alarm events occur within the
time allowed, unless the interval is set to Report All.

Code Violations
Select a time interval to determine how much
time must elapse before the associated alarm
can be declared: 1 second, 1 minute or 1 hour
Select Infinite - the associated alarm is declared
when the threshold criteria is met, regardless of
time elapsed.
Select Report All - the associated alarm is
declared for every occurrence of an alarm event.
This disables the threshold criteria.
Select an alarm count which will
determine the number of alarm
events that must occur before the
associated alarm can declared:
>10, >100, >1000, or >10,000
