NOTICE
Surrounding temperature too high
► Install the equipment only in locations with an ambient
temperature of b5 °C and +40 °C, i.e. never next to heat
sources (such as an enameling furnace) or electromagnetic
sources (such as a control cabinet).
The equipment should always be set up vertically on a flat surface, as
well as anchored to the floor.
Connection
The equipment is supplied ready for use by the manufacturer. Just a few
cables and hoses must be connected.
1.
Ensure the grounding of the equipment
2.
Connect the powder hose
3.
Connect fluidizing/suction unit with compressed air hose
4.
Connect the compressed air
5.
Establish electrical connection (see wiring diagram)
The compressed air must be free of oil and water.
Electrical allocation
ATTENTION:
The equipment and the vibrating plate are necessarily to be
grounded with the ground connection!
► As ground conductor, use a copper cable with a cross-section of at
least 4 mm²!
