In order for a Sender and Receiver unit to communicate with one another, they must both
be set to the same video channel. This is similar to changing the channel on a set-top
box in order to view a different program. Pressing and releasing either the
CH +
or
CH -
buttons on the front of the Receiver unit can also be used to change the video channel.
Both methods will be covered in this section.
By default, all Sender and Receiver units are
set to channel 0.
Setting the Channel using the Web Interface
1.
Access the Web interface by entering the IP address of the desired Sender or
Receiver unit.
2.
Login as “Administrator” or “User”.
3. Click the
Functions
tab. The current channel is displayed within the
Channel Setup
window group.
4. Type the desired channel number. Channel numbers can range from 0 to 39900.
5. Click the
Apply
button on the right-hand side of
Channel Setup
window group.
6. The following message will be displayed, at the top of the page, indicating that the
selected channel has been applied.
If the entered value is invalid, then the following message will be displayed:

Access the Web interface of the next unit (Sender or Receiver) by entering its
IP address.
8.
Repeat steps 1 - 5 for each Sender and Receiver to be changed.
