Flush the cooling system or check the radiator
flow.

Road test vehicle. Confirm the fault has been fixed.

components: Coolant Recovery Reservoir,
Plumbing.

Check whether the radiator pipes and joints are loose or damaged?

Reinstall the coolant pipes or the clamp.
