Function test
Preparing the function test
Prerequisite
– The appliance has been mounted and
connected.
– The angle stop valve is open.
The Geberit AquaClean 4000 has no
power switch. It is switches on as soon as
the mains plug is inserted.

Connect the mains plug.

Lay the spray shield on the WC seat ring.
Testing the spray functions
The user recognition unit controls the water
heating by means of a radar sensor. If an
object moves into the detection range of the
radar sensor, the water heating is activated.
The water heating is automatically
deactivated 10 minutes after the last
movement.

Check the status of the storage water
heater.
✓ The LED on the control panel lights up
blue.
✓ The storage water heater is set to user
recognition unit (economy mode) (default
setting).

Test the anal shower: Briefly press the
<Shower> button on the lateral control
panel.
✓ The spray arm extends.
✓ The anal shower starts and is active for
20 seconds.
