Check Standards
Check standard measurements provide a way of checking that the Analyzer is operating properly and that its
calibration has not changed. The Analyzer can make measurements of this check standard—a solution of known
concentration— as part of a scheduled Online operation or as a separate, manually-started analysis. Use the
Check Standard
button to manually initiate measurements of the check standard. For information on setting up
scheduled online operations of the check standard, see
“To set check standard measurements (Scheduled)” on

If a Warning is generated during operation, and if a new measurement is available, it will output the
measured 4-20 mA value for 30 seconds and then return to outputting the Warning level. However, if
Disable is selected for the Warning output, all warnings will be ignored on the 4-20 output.
