9. Fold a disposable lint free paper wipe in quarters. Remove the stopper from the lubricant container and
place the folded wipe over the opening of the container.

10. Turn the container over and allow an air bubble to rise to the base of the container. Turn the container
right side up, wipe the opening and replace the stopper. Store the lubricant in an upright position.
11. Swirl the syringe tip once in the slightly moistened wipe and reinstall it into the syringe barrel. Cycle two
or three strokes to ensure adequate distribution of the lubricant.

12. Position the lubricated syringe under the valve.
13. Screw the syringe base into the threading in the valve by turning the base to the right.
14. Using a 3/32 Allen wrench, tighten the screw that secures the syringe. The top of the syringe moves
independently of the syringe plunger, so it can be aligned with the screw hole.

OTE
:
If the washer became free upon removal, before reinstalling the syringe into the valve, ensure
that the washer is in place at the top of the syringe.
