Maintenance

General

In order to assure continued safe performance of this x–ray equipment, a periodic maintenance program
must be established. Functional Checks will not indicate that this x–ray system is performing to specifi-
cations. Only regular periodic maintenance can locate potential problems. It is the owner’s responsibility
to arrange for this service. Periodic maintenance should be performed as specified in the maintenance
schedule of the service manual by qualified personnel. Descriptions and scheduled frequency of the
required periodic maintenance are provided in the Service Manual (# 5643851-2EN) supplied with the
equipment.
Inspection intervals are based on average daily use of one eight hour shift. More frequent inspection is
appropriate where equipment use is above average.
