Maintenance
Replacing the Modular or MAC 1600 Top
This procedure applies to all trolley styles.
Before removing the top from the trolley column, the MAC unit needs to be removed.

Once the MAC unit is removed, use the following procedure to remove the trolley top.
1.
Using the 1/2" socket wrench supplied with the trolley, remove the four 5/16-18
x 1" flanged HHCS that secure the top to the trolley column.

Retain the screws for later reattachment of the top to the column.
2.
Remove the top from the column.
3.
Perform the required maintenance.
4.
Position the top over the column and align the holes with the holes in the column.
5.
Using the 1/2" socket wrench supplied with the trolley, insert the four 5/16-18 x
1" flanged HHCS and tighten the hardware.
6.
After attaching the top to the trolley column, reattach the MAC unit.

7.
Replace the equipment that was removed and reconnect power cables to the
equipment on the trolley.
