Chapter 6 System Dismantling Procedure
6.1 Dismantling the Accessories
The accessories should be dismantled first before dismantling any other part of the warmer.
Follow the instructions given below to dismantle the accessories.
1. To remove all rail mounted accessories, refer to the corresponding installation section
for instructions.
2. To remove the cylinder holder, follow the instructions given below:
i. Loosen the Velcro and take the cylinder out of the cylinder holder.
ii. Disengage the cylinder holder from the center pillar by unscrewing the mounting
screws.
6.2 Dismantling the Base and Bed
Before dismantling the bed tilt, ensure that the bed is parallel to the floor.
Follow the instructions given below to dismantle the base to bed assembly:
1. Remove the mattress and the clear Plexiglas plate.
2. Slide the X-ray tray out of the slot.
3. Remove the front and side panels (Refer Section 7.1.19 Bedside Panel Replacement for
procedure).
4. Remove the bed base assembly by unscrewing the M8 Nyloc nuts (Qty 4), and tooth
washers.
WARNING:-
Before dismantling the warmer do the following:
1. Switch off the power supply.
2. Set the castor brakes.
