Description

Instructions to replace the Heater Tube

Follow the instructions given below to replace the heater tube:

Separating the heater cables

Separate heater assembly from hood assembly (Refer to Sectiom7.1.8: Replacing the
Heater assembly and Cables).

On the rear side of the heater, remove the plug button.

Unscrew M5 screw and washer to disconnect Neutral wire (blue) of the heater cable.

On the rear side of the heater, unscrew the M5 screw to disconnect the live wire (red) of
the heater cable.

Separate reflector cap by unscrewing M3 screws (Qty 4) springs, nut and washers.

You have now disconnected the heater cables.

Slide out heater tube and insert new tube.

Replace reflector cap.

Connect a new heater cable to the front and rear side of the Heater Tube with M5 screws
and washers.

Fix the reflector cap screws.

Instructions to replace Observation
Lamp:

Remove the hood. (Refer to 6.3,
Dismantling Hood, to dismantle
the hood.)

Remove the Observation lamp
cover from hood.

Disconnect the Observation lamp
harness.

Press circlip towards center and
remove it.

Replace existing lamp with new
observation lamp.

Replace the circlip.

Connect the harness and replace
observation lamp cover.
