Observe the following before installing and using this product:
A readily accessible disconnect device shall be incorporated in the building installation wiring.
Installation and servicing should be done only by qualified service personnel and should conform to all local codes.
Use stainless steel hardware to fasten the unit to outdoor surfaces.
Connect conduit hubs to the conduit before connecting them to the enclosure.
Use only UL Listed conduit hubs rated 4X and UL Listed strain-relief bushings rated 4X.
Protect against risk of unintentional operation or damage.

1) Loosen the four cover screws and remove the cover with the screws attached.
2) Mark the location of the four mounting holes using the included mounting template.
3) Prepare the four mounting holes in accordance with the type of mounting surface (concrete, wood, etc.) and
fasteners (not provided).
4) Secure the unit to the wall with the appropriate fasteners.

See Figure 1 and perform the following.
1) Loosen the four cover screws and remove the cover with the
screws attached.
2) Secure the power supply to the adapter with the supplied
fasteners.
