BEP Fan does not Spin (ON/OFF button is Orange)-->MPB to BIB Connection

Symptom:

T-CFE and T-FEPS LEDs turn On and then off; BEP fan does not spin,

The On/Off button on the cockpit turns green for a second and then turns orange)

Suggested solution:

Reset MPB to BIB connection

1.) Verify BEP jumper is in place
2.) Reseat MPB to BIB cable
