Customer Turnover
Section 1: Introduction
This procedure ensures that the installation of the workstation is complete and ready to turn over to
the customer.
Section 2: Prerequisites
u
Workstation integration completed.
u
Workstation operating system software installed (factory completed) and configured as
appropriate with site specific data.
u
Workstation application software installed (factory completed) and configured as appropriate
with site specific data.
u
All calibrations completed as appropriate.
u
Ensure that the site-specific remote connectivity information is complete in Section 9 of
Chapter 1. Telephone the ROC to deposit this information in their installed base data repository.
Section 3: Procedure
All tasks on the following checklist must be performed prior to turning the workstation over to the
customer.

Photocopy this datasheet for use on all workstations, as required.
