the parameter module runs the activated software.

7.19.3 Canceling pending host software activation

You can cancel a pending host software activation at any time while the message

7.19.4 Erasing an inactive software version.

You can erase an inactive host software version from the patient monitor. Erasing can prevent 
the activation of a wrong software version by mistake.
