Analyte
The analyte is injected in solution at a constant concentration, and has the
properties listed below. Analyte is usually denoted by the letter A.
Ligand
The ligand is immobilized or captured on the surface, and has the properties
listed below. Ligand is usually denoted by the letter B.
Concentration
Injected concentration in molar units.
Injection(s)
Start and stop times for the injection.
Mass transfer
Check this box to include a mass transfer term in
the fitting, and enter a parameter name or
expression for the mass transfer constant.
Molecular weight
Check this box and enter a molecular weight if
required. This information is used to calculate
relative response contributions for heterogeneous
analyte models (it is not used for conversion of
weight-based to molar concentration units: this
conversion is performed if necessary in the sample
table).
Number of blocked
sites
Check this box and enter a number if binding of
one analyte molecule sterically blocks additional
ligand sites. This box should normally be left
unchecked.
Binding capacity
Maximum analyte binding capacity of the surface in
RU.
At molecular weight
This parameters is only used in heterogeneous
analyte models. Check the box and enter the
molecular weight parameter for the analyte to
which the binding capacity parameter refers.
Binding capacity for the other analyte will be
calculated using the molecular weight values.
