4. ASSEMBLY OF STRUCTURES
a) Take 2 legs with 2 holes (I) and install them on the end arch.
b) Take 2 legs with 1 hole (J) and install them on the regular arch.
c) Place an end arch upright with the rail door inside the structure and attach male braces (10-367) at each
hole inside the shelter with 4” screws and wing nuts. There are 5 rows of connecting braces.
d) Add the next regular arch and attach to the braces (10-367). Make sure these parts are secured.
e) Once these 2 arches are assembled, place diagonal 70
1/8
” (14-046) on both sides 90°
between leg (I) and leg (J). Use a 3½" screw in the upper hole of leg (I) and lower hole of leg (J).
Shift arches if necessary so the diagonals fit. It will give you a 90° angle
f) Add next regular arch with leg (J) and female braces (10-408) and assemble to the end of
male braces (10-367).
g) Repeat this operation until last arch is installed with the door rail on the inside.
h) Repeat step e) on the last arches.
i) Add the rest of the male braces (10-367).
j) Make sure your shelter is at square position with a 90º angle front to back & bottom to top.
k) Make sure the base is open to the shelter’s width, measured from the exterior of the pipes, in front
and back (AC, BD)
l) Verify that diagonal distances AD and BC are equal, and lengths AB and CD are equal.
