Replacing the rear fan
Tips & Tricks
You need a Phillips screwdriver to add or
replace a rear fan.
To replace the rear fan:
1
Remove the side panel by following the instructions in

Disconnect the fan power cable from the system board.

Remove the four screws that secure the rear cooling fan to the case.

Remove the fan from the case.

Use the four screws you removed previously to secure the new rear cooling
fan to the case. The arrows on the new fan must be pointed toward the
back of the case for correct air flow.

Connect the new fan’s power cable to the system board.

Replace the side panel by following the instructions in
