Usage advice
Before using the appliance, remove the special protective film that covers it when present. The unpleasant
odour produced during the first few minutes of operation is due to the presence of processing fat residues.
Heat the appliance at maximum temperature when first switched on, taking care to keep the working
environment ventilated.
Use of heated showcases
Plug the power socket (A) into the main switch and press the power switch with LED (B). Then turn the
graduated thermostat knob (C) to the desired temperature setting. The indicator light (D) will remain lit until
the floor has reached the previously set temperature. To prevent pastries and brioches from drying out too
much, it is advisable to keep the sponge inside the drawer, which is located in the central part of the hot
display cases, near the control panel, moistened at all times.
