8.16  Workflow: Creating diagnostic information for support 

 

 

INFORMATION! 

The following steps are necessary to compile the required diagnostic 
information. Please stick on consecution as listed below.

 

1 

 

Take a picture of the 
instrument label on the 
rear side. 

2 

 

Switch on the device. 
Power LED front and 
switch (rear) have to be 
illuminated. 

  

3 

 

Inform how long it takes to 

boot up and to display of 

GUI in seconds. In case of 

error take a photo of the 

display.
