Creating a User Waypoint
G
1. Touch the
Create Waypoint
icon. If there are no user waypoints defined,
the prompt, “No User Waypoints exist. Create User Waypoint?” will be
displayed. Touch
OK
to continue.
2. Enter the desired name (identifier) and position, or reference another
waypoint by radial and distance. The identifier can be a maximum of
6 characters and the comment can be a maximum of 24 characters.
3. Touch
Create
to confirm your entry.
Touch
to enter
name of
waypoint.
Touch
to edit
comment.
Touch to select
radial and distance.
Preview
Touch to
confirm entry.
Touch to
create a
temporary
waypoint.
Touch
to exit
without
creating
user
waypoint.
