Assembly

1.   Prepare the hoses. Unroll the black soaker hose and green garden hose and lay them in the sun to increase fl exibility.
2.   Attach the quick-connect with coupler to the garden hose. Unscrew the threaded cap from the rounded end of the quick-

connect with coupler and slide the cap over one end of the hose. Push the end of the hose fi rmly into the exposed end of the

adapter until it stops. Slide the cap over the threads of the adapter and twist it fi rmly into place. Push the faucet adapter into the

quick-connect.

3.   Attach the garden hose to the faucet closest to your garden. To operate the quick-connect feature, slide the barrel toward the

hose in the direction of the arrows, and pull away from the faucet.

4.   Lay out the black soaker hose in the area to be watered. Customize your layout by alternating sections of garden and soaker

hoses. Use soaker hose to deliver water only where you want it. Cut to the desired lengths and connect with couplers (see next step).

5.   Connect the green garden hose to the black soaker hose with a coupler. Unscrew the threaded cap from one end of the coupler

and slip it over the end of the green hose. Push the end of the hose fi rmly into the exposed end of the coupler until it stops. Slide the

threaded cap over the coupler threads and twist it fi rmly into place. Repeat the process to attach the black soaker hose to the other

side of the coupler.

6.   Attach the end cap to the black soaker hose. Attach the end cap to the open end of the soaker hose, following the procedure in

step 2. To drain the hose, unscrew the fl at end of the end cap.

Tips for Use

•   Alternate sections of garden hose and soaker hose to customize the Snip-n-Drip for your garden. Use couplers to insert sections of

garden hose to cross paths and other areas you don’t want to irrigate.

•   Add extra lengths of garden hose, if needed, between the faucet and garden.
•   You may use the faucet connector on a standard garden hose if you need a longer length of hose to get to the area where you want

the soaker hose to begin. Systems with low water pressure may experience reduced output over long distances.
