1.
Insert the FRONT SUPPORT BAR and WHEEL AXLE into
FRAME PIECES as shown. Then, secure the FRONT SUPPORT
BAR with a NUT on each end.
2.
Slide a LARGE WASHER, a WHEEL, and then another
LARGE WASHER onto each end of the WHEEL AXLE. Place
the COTTER PINS through the holes in the WHEEL AXLE
and spread the ends to secure them into place.
4.
Align two holes in the SMALL RING with the bottom holes
in the BASKET U SUPPORT and secure with SHORT BOLTS and
NUTS. Align two holes in the LARGE RING with the top holes in
the BASKET U SUPPORT and again secure with SHORT BOLTS
and NUTS.
3.
Slide the HANDLE on
top of the FRAME PIECES.
Place the PHILLIPS HEAD
BOLTS through the lined
up holes and slide a
SMALL WASHER onto the
end. Screw a NUT onto
each of them.
