Check the machine is plugged in to a live supply.

Check that the collection box is correctly attached,
remove and refit to be sure.
Check that you are pressing both main switch and
one of the three front switches.
Check fuse.
Contact helpline.
Return to dealer.
Machine does not collect
Check collection box is not full.
Check volume bag hose (accessory) is not blocked.
Check exhaust is not blocked.
Note: The percentage of collection will vary
on the condition and type of hedge being cut.
